Joshua Mull

Agency Principal

Joshua Mull is the Agency Principal . Joshua loves insurance and prides himself on being an insurance nerd. He truly loves this business and finding the best practices, procedures and information to help his clients, team members, and partners. Joshua was a former college basketball player, and he is still active on the court playing in local leagues. He has even coached High School and now even the youngest ages including his own kids. Josh has a heart for his community and faith, having at one time served in the role of Children’s Pastor and as a member of the Board at Hamilton Christian Center as well as other Boards like S2. Most importantly Josh loves his wife and kids and their giant English-Mastiff dogs, without them he wouldn’t be the person he is.

Julie Steele

Account Manager

Julie is an Account Manager at the Lighthouse Agency and is licensed in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health.  Julie brings 27 years of insurance experience to the agency and is looking forward to cultivating long-term relationships with our Lighthouse clients.   “Helping clients with their insurance needs has been a passion of mine for over 25 years, I believe the best client is a well-informed client.”   Julie and her partner, Tony, spend as much time as possible traveling, fishing, and searching for the best vacation destination.  Besides her travel, Julie likes to spend time with her children, cooking and helping with home remodeling projects.  Her latest personal goal is to teach her cat, Lucy, to walk on a leash so Lucy can also go on vacation with she and Tony.

David Fields

Personal & Commercial Lines Account Manager

David is an Account Manager for both Personal and Commercial Lines. David joined the Agency in 2021. He enjoys working for a "people first" company that prioritizes helping customers to make informed decisions and makeing sure they are properly covered. Prior to coming to Lighthouse David worked at Humana pharmacy and part time as a audio engineer at Hamilton Christian Center. In addition to working Lighthouse, David does freelance audio engineering and music production. Outside of work David is enjoying life as a newly wed with Wife Chelsea. Together they enjoy kayaking, traveling, and playing with their Puppies Franklin and Winston.

Haley Poor

Inside Sales

Haley is an account manager for personal lines and is excited to help you with your insurance needs.  Haley and her partner, Dave, have 3 boys, 13, 7 and 6 and recently welcomed their daughter into the world.  She spends most of her time cheering on the boys at the baseball fields, reading, enjoying the outdoors, and playing with the family dog, Ribbi.

Daniel

Daniel Cobb

Producer

Daniel Cobb is one of our Producers. With a combined 8 years in sales/customer service experience, he uses his knowledge to promptly address and assist the needs of our clients. Prior to joining Lighthouse Agency in 2021, Daniel served as a full-time member of the Ohio Air National Guard, where he now serves part-time as a Materiel Controller. Outside of the Office, Daniel and his wife Sydni welcomed their daughter Keaton Olivia into the world January 25, 2022. He also enjoys trips to Brookville Lake, playing basketball with friends, and hitting the softball fields for weekend tournaments.

Greg Burch

Producer

Greg Burch is a producer with Lighthouse agency. He has been a part of Lighthouse Agency for 25 years and enjoys helping people meet their insurance needs.  He is married, has two beautiful daughters and four adorable grandchildren.
